STAND

STAND is a versatile lanyard designed for all types of rope-based operations – rope ascent, positioning, and suspension work.

It can be connected either to an anchor point or directly to the harness attachment point.

Key Features:

• Smooth and easy length adjustment thanks to the integrated steel segment.

• Positioning possible even under load – the segment allows reliable adjustment while the system is loaded.

• Emergency release under load using a carabiner – ideal for rescue scenarios (e.g., releasing a suspended climber).

• Carabiner fixation with rubber component and Multi Anti Slip system (both included in the package).

• Fall energy absorption – the rope can absorb a fall with a fall factor less than 1.

• Ambidextrous use – suitable for both left- and right-handed setups.

I tried out the Rock Empire Stand and we really liked how the device attaches to the central loop of the harness, because this creates a second standardised anchor point. Simple and easy-to-understand manipulation and a great thing about the Stand for me, is that using a second carabiner allows you to unblock the load. Overall ergonomics and ease-of-use in gloves.
