The bent gate makes it particularly suitable as the lower carabiner in a quickdraw, allowing easier and more precise rope clipping. It can also be used as a standalone carabiner.
The snag-free Keylock design makes clipping and unclipping easier and helps prevent the carabiner from catching on ropes, slings or other textile equipment.
